7 Steps

First meeting
You call us for an appointment, and we meet at your office. The objective is to define project targets and project environment.
Data preparation
Your employees prepare the information based on our B2F Questionnaire.
B2F Analysis & Design
We analysis the provided information, evaluate it, and design two or three individual B2F concepts for you.
Presentation
We present the evaluation results and the designed B2F concepts. You decide, which concept(s) should be realised.
Start of B2F Project
We jointly determine the B2F Project start date and define the project members and other involved people.
Implementation
Our consultants work with you and your team on the optimisation of the project organization and communication, increasing the profitability of the project. We communicate with your client in his language, based on our inter-cultural know-how.
Monitoring
The objective of this phase is to make us redundant. Your team accustoms itself to use the B2F know-how in everyday business. We accompany your team during this time, and are available for further assistance if needed. A detailed evaluation of the B2F Project concludes our joint efforts and achievements.
